I Wish I had come to Mega First…

"I Wish I had come to Mega First…"
This has become one of our most favourite sayings round here.
We ask ourselves how come this is happening? Why are many new clients saying this? We don't want to blow our own trumpets (too much!) so it is always nice when our clients do it for us! At Mega we pride ourselves in the emotional commitment and connection we have to our clients achieving their results.

We know there are a lot of competitors out there. And we know some are exceptional ones. But we also know there are a lot of companies out there NOT doing what they need to to keep their clients happy. This can be a benefit to your company. No-one wishes other companies to perform badly so they can benefit themselves… but sometimes it just happens.

I say always strive to do the best you can. Nobody ever keeps everyone happy, but if you have an open door policy where the clients can tell you they are frustrated… then brilliant. We hope we do this at Mega! We certainly try!

The other thing is… WHY do they come to us? We have just had the classic example where a client chose another design company to work with, but when they got let down, ripped off, frustrated, that good old saying (which we hear a lot) came forth… "I wish I had come to Mega first"… that client has signed up with us and we have told them our values and standards, and how we want to only do well for them.

Do you pass that message onto your clients too? Do you act as the best company our there? Do you strive to be the best? Do you ask your clients what they want to achieve and what their expectations are? Maybe today is the day you become the company like MEGA… I wish I had come to "…" first!
